AI has changed how fast we can get from a blank page to something worth reacting to. It hasn't changed what makes design good: a clear idea, made with care, for a specific audience. Here's how we use it without letting it flatten the work.
Wider exploration, earlier
In the first days of a project, we use generative tools to explore directions we might not have had time to sketch: moodboards, composition studies, colour and texture ideas. The goal is breadth. More territory explored early means better decisions about which direction deserves real craft.
Faster prototypes, real feedback
AI-assisted prototyping and design-to-code tools let us put a working interface in front of people much sooner. Testing something interactive beats debating a static mockup, and it surfaces usability issues while they're still cheap to fix.
Automating the repetitive parts
Resizing a campaign into twenty formats, generating variations for testing, renaming layers, writing alt text first drafts: this is where automation shines. Taking that load off the team frees hours for the decisions that need a human eye.
Where humans stay in charge
Strategy, taste and final craft stay with our designers. Every AI-assisted output is reviewed, refined and checked for originality, accessibility and fit with the brand. AI is a fast collaborator, not the author.
