A full redesign is sometimes the right call. Often, though, a few focused changes can lift results in weeks, and they'll tell you exactly what the redesign needs to solve.
1. Make the headline say what you do
Visitors decide in seconds whether they're in the right place. Replace clever taglines with a plain statement of what you offer and who it's for, then support it with one line of proof.
2. Give every page one primary action
When a page asks people to do five things, they often do none. Pick the action that matters most, make it visually dominant and repeat it where intent is highest.
3. Speed up the first screen
Compress and properly size images, defer what isn't needed above the fold and trim unused scripts. A faster first impression helps both visitors and search rankings.
4. Show proof near the decision
Testimonials, client logos and results work best next to the call to action, where doubt is highest, not buried on a separate page.
5. Fix the mobile experience first
Check your key pages on a real phone: tap targets, readable type, forms that don't fight the keyboard. For many sites, that's where most visitors are, and where most of them leave.
